AbstractAbout AuthorsReferences
Technology of foundation construction in the rammed pits can significantly reduce the excavation work, material consumption and complexity of works. This is one of the factors of improving the economic indicators of the object under construction. When constructing foundations in rammed pits with the passage of water-bearing layer, it is necessary to tamponade it with the low-grade concrete or soil-concrete. It makes it possible to prevent the soil softening and its collapse on the pit bottom. Without the use of tamponing, the foundation construction in rammed pits with an aquifer in the soil is quite difficult and is associated with a significant increase in the complexity of the work. The study of implementation of works on construction of foundations in rammed pits in the soils with the aquifer was conducted. As a result of observations and statistical data processing, it is established that within the same construction site, labor and machine time costs for the construction of a foundation, including the relocation and positioning of the machine, not the same. Labor costs for the construction of foundations in soils to the water-bearing layer increase due to the time for hardening of concrete or mortar. Despite the increase in the duration of the works, the formation of a concrete tampon makes it possible to provide the construction of foundations in soils with the aquifer. The developed technology has been repeatedly tested in the construction of buildings of various purposes and number of floors.
